High Sensitivity Microplate Luminometer

The Microplate Luminometer Centro XS³ LB 960 is a high-sensitivity reader able to detect <1.5 amol ATP per well or <1.5 zmol Firefly luciferase per well. It is the instrument of choice for Reporter Gene Assays and ATP determination when the highest sensitivity is required.

The Centro XS³ LB 960 meets all currently known requirements for a robust and sensitive microplate luminometer. The reader supports all basic luminescence technologies including

• Flash-type Luminescence, e.g reporter gene assays
• Glow-type Luminescence

The selected detector and the proprietary design of the optical system guarantee lowest background and negligible crosstalk. This results in an unmatched sensitivity.

For routine applications that do not need the maximum sensitivity, or in case you need temperature control or simultaneous dispensing and measurement, the standard Centro LB 960 microplate luminometer could be a better option.
