SMART Ebulliometer is a newly designed instrument for fully automated measurement of alcohol content percentage (%) in wine. The built-in high precision digital temperature sensor, high precision atmospheric pressure sensor and automatic boiling temperature determination algorithm avoid the needs of manual water measurement and tracking of the measurement process. Due to the process automation SMART Ebulliometer is extremely easy for use and can be operated by inexperienced personnel providing very fast and accurate measurement.
