Measurement method
Step 1
COLLECT SAMPLE
Prepare and extract the food sample according to the instructions.
Step 2
HEAT SAMPLE
Heat in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
Step 3
REACTION
Allow the test to react with the test strip for 20 minutes.
Step 4
READ
Visually read the result.
