Scienze offers custom service plans for all our instruments, these are as unique as your research and processes, and can provide tailor made packages for your specific requirements as well as our three standard support plans.

When it comes to instrumentation no one likes surprises. Work with us to cushion your instruments from both everyday wear and tear as well as safeguard it from any mechanical faults which may occur. Scienze offers a variety of service levels to ensure that you get the optimum performance and longevity from your instruments year after year, no matter how great the usage.

Advantage Support Plan

The Advantage Support plan offers the ultimate coverage.

This plan includes:

  • All repair parts and labor.
  • One preventative maintenance (PM) visit per year
  • One IQ/OQ service (performed at the same time as the PM)
  • Unlimited phone support for technical & applications issues
  • Unlimited remote support
  • 15% discount on consumable parts purchased**

*Does not include the cost of travel.
**Consumable parts vary per instrument.

Full Support Plan

The Full Support plan offers excellent coverage at a very reasonable cost to ensure your instrument is always in optimum running condition.

This plan includes:

  • All repair parts and labor
  • One Preventative Maintenance (PM) visit per year
  • Discounted IQ/OQ service (performed at the same time as the PM)
  • Unlimited phone support for technical & applications issues
  • Unlimited remote support
  • 10% discount on consumable parts purchased**

*Does not include the cost of travel.
**Consumable parts vary per instrument.

Basic Support Plan

The Basic Support plan offers more economical coverage and is recommended as a minimal plan if there are budget constraints to consider.

This plan includes:

  • All Preventative Maintenance (PM) parts and labor
  • One Preventative Maintenance (PM) visit per year
  • Four hours of remote support
  • 5% discount on consumable parts purchased*
