The TRANSFORM 680 Microwave Digestion System is a top-loading, closed vessel system with high-pressure capabilities to enhance the digestion quality while decreasing the overall sample preparation time. The 680 Microwave Digestion system is capable of simultaneously running up to 6 high-pressure closed vessels on a rotating carousel to ensure an even distribution of conditions, providing a fast and pre-programmed method of digestion for even the most difficult of samples. With one-step operation and full computer control of temperature and power, this system compliments your Atomic Absorption (AA), ICP-AES, and ICP-MS applications.

Complete Robustness: As both the vessels and the oven cavity is lined with Teflon, any acid or base is free to be used within this system, this combined with the pre-programmed EPA method directory means there are no limitations from the get go.
Real-time monitoring: The software displays simple, easy to read information which is constantly updated from the reference vessel within the oven chamber, this gives the operator full control of each digestion.
Fume Exhaust System: Working alongside the collection reservoir in the vessel carousel to vent acidic fumes the TRANSFORM series comes with an exhaust tube that can direct and vent out the toxic environment contained within.
Pre-emptive Warning System: Rupture disks and vent detection mechanisms on each vessel automatically shuts down the power in response to over-pressure.
